⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Roger and Katie were exceptional hosts! We had a wonderful stay at the guest house. Roger was incredibly welcoming, hospitable, and friendly from the moment my son and I arrived from 45 mile bike ride. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for great service and a personal touch!
Absolutely beautiful stay at Ardwyn House! Roger and Katie are quite literally the nicest people you'll ever meet and they could not be anymore accommodating, you feel like you're staying with your friends The beds are the comfiest beds we've ever slept on. The breakfast and the choice you have is fantastic!! The rooms and the house in general are absolutely spotless. We are definitely in a rush to return and would recommend Ardwyn House to anyone!
A truly delightful stay. Breakfast was excellent, thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, with fresh white linen napkins that you rarely see even at Hiltons these days. The view was stunning, clean bathroom. And they even provided the room with a shower as we requested. Rogers cooking was excellent, especially the carrot cake which was scrumptious. Roger even brought a wonderful energy to the stay and had plenty of laughs with my husband. Altogether a warm, friendly stay with attention to both the big and little things, all to make us happy.

A lovely hotel that feels so welcoming thanks to the owners. We were greeted with tea and cake and it felt like we were visiting friends more than just checking into a hotel. Easy parking, being greeted by a happy duck and then non stop tea, I couldn’t wish for more! The room was great, with views out over the fields, a lovely comfy bed and a large bathroom with freestanding bath to relax in. The breakfast was tasty and set us up for the day, with food preferences being taken into account and vegan friendly options being provided for my partner. We were sad to only be staying for one night but will make sure to book again next time we’re in mid Wales.
Very impressed. Made very welcome on arrival with tea and cake provided. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Bathroom was spacious and clean. On site parking. Breakfast was varied and wholesome. Would definitely use again if in the vicinity.
Stayed one night at Ardwyn House, what a gem! Beautifully restored in art decor style ,.comfortable bed large bathroom with roll top bath. Host could not have been more obliging ,met with friendly generating, tea and freshly made banana and chocolate cake ( made that day as he knew I was vegan) he provided useful info on the places to go both in town and scenic drives and walks in the area. Fabulous breakfast (vegan and non vegan) , definitely recommend and hope to go back !
Fantastic stay at Ardwyn. Roger was a lovely host, welcomed us with tea and cake, which was much appreciated after our huge cycle to get there. The bed was like a cloud and the roll top bath was the icing on the cake! We opted for the cooked breakfast in the morning which was generous and delicious too, we will definitely be back.
